Job Location – Varanasi
Pre- Requisites:
Must be an Indian citizen and resident and should be at least 18 years of age.
Must have excellent communication/ interpersonal (verbal & written) skills.
Should be willing to work in 24*7 environments.
Job Role:
Provide a high quality phone and customer service support for end-user customers.
Should know how to excel and exceed customer’s expectations by going the extra mile even immoderately stressful situations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Skills Required:
Excellent communication/ interpersonal/ presentation skills with clarity in speech, fluency and grammar.
Good analytical, logical and comprehension aptitude
Computer knowledge with basic skills.
Candidates with prior technical expertise or Knowledge will be given preference for a Technical Process if they are interested then.
